Q2.         Who are consumers?
Ans- Consumers are people who use goods or services.

Q3.         What does a producer use to make a good or service?
Ans - To make a good or service, a producer uses following:
1-            Human effort (people to work)
2-            Capital resources (tools, machinery, etc.)

Q4.         What are intermediate goods?
Ans- Goods that are used to make other goods are called as intermediate goods. For example-  Flour is used to make bread.  Paper is used to make books.

Q5.         Why do producers need consumers? 
Ans- Producers need consumers because without consumers they will not be able to make a living and will not be able to give us the goods and service we need regularly.

Q6.         Why do consumers need producers?
Ans- Consumers need producers because without producers they will have to make all goods themselves and have no service providers.
