Solve the crossword puzzle with the words given in the box


Answer the following questions:

(i) How many months are there in a year?
Ans- There are twelve months in a year.

(ii) Which months have 30 days? Name them.
Ans- Septemberm April, June and November months have 30 days.

(iii) How many days are there in a year?
Ans- There are 365 days in a year.

(iv) How many weeks are there in a year?
Ans- There are 52 weeks in a year.

(v) Which months have 31 days? Name them.
Ans- January, March, May, July, August, October and December months have 31 days.

Re-arrange the months in proper order starting with January:


March, June, April, Jauary, July, November, October, August, September, December, February, May

Correct Order- January, February, March, April, May, June, July, August, September, October, November

Complete the following sentences by using ‘before’ Or ‘after’.

(ii)          April comes after March
(iii)         June comes before  July.
(iv)         January comes before February.
(v)          August comes after July
