Read the following passage carefully:

            There lived a farmer in a village. He had a child and a pet mongoose in his family. The child and the mongoose lived and played together. One day  the farmer and his wife went to market. They told the mongoose to take care of child. When they returned home, they saw blood on mongoose’s mouth. They thought that the mongoose had killed their child. The farmer grew very angry and killed the mongoose. When the farmer’s wife entered the room, she saw a snake killed by mongoose. Her child was safely sleeping in the bed. She cried and called her husband. He came into the room. He realized his mistake and was sorry for killing the mongoose.
