The farmer used to go to the market on his horse. The horse had a fine saddle on which he sat. People of the neighbouring village admired the horse and its saddle. The farmer’s saddle was torn which caused a sore on its back. Once there was a storm and a lot of grain stuck into the wound. Later the grains of wheat sprouted on the horse back. The farmer had to hire about forty men to reap the grain. One day a man came to my father saw and begged him to give seventy five kilos of wheat. When my father saw the man starving, he gave him the wheat.

Ans- Bhagat Singh's death inspired thousands of youths to assist the remainder of the Indian independence movement. After his hanging, youths in regions around Northern India rioted in protest against the British Raj

Ans- The British dislike him because he was one of the most influential revolutionaries of the Indian independence movement.

(v)   Where was he hanged to death?
Ans- He was hanged to death in Lahore jail.
