New Words
Mountain- Elevation of earth’s surface more than 2000 feet
Passenger- A person travelling in bus/train etc.
River- A natural wide flow of water
Precious – valuable
Mail – postal material like letter, package etc.
Plain – A large area of flat land
Dusk- The time just before night
Dawn- The time of day when light first appears in sky

Answer these questions:

Q. Where do the trains run?
Ans- The trains run over the mountains, plains and rivers.

Q. What are the "precious loads" that they carry?
Ans- The precious loads that they carry are the belongings of passengers and mails.

Q. When do the trains run?
Ans- The trains run day and night.

Q. What is 'dusk' and 'dawn'?
Ans- Dusk is the time of sunset and dawn is the time of sunrise.

Let's write

Write four sentences about train or bus journey. You can use some of the following words and phrases.
