Ans- In Bhupen’s area sloping roof prevents accumulation of water while in Chameli’s area the sloping roof prevents accumulation of snow on the roof.

Q. How do people go up in multi-storeyed buildings?
Ans- People go up in a multi-storeyed building using an elevator (lift) or staircase.

Q. How is a houseboat different from other houses?
Ans- A houseboat floats on water instead of being fixed at land like other houses.
