     Ans- My mother gets up very early. She gets up at 5:30 am so that she can cook food, pack our snacks boxes and finish household chores before she leaves for her work.

      2-    Babuji sells the previous day’s vegetables first. Why do you think he does this?
      Ans- Babuji sells the previous day’s vegetable first because they tend to dry or spoil early.
      
      3-    Have you seen dried or spoilt vegetables? Where?
      Ans- I have seen dried or spoilt vegetables being used for compost at our neighbour’s farm.

      4-    How can you know that the vegetables are spoilt?
      Ans- From the look, texture and smell, we can know that the vegetables are spoilt.

     5-    Which vegetable do you find the heaviest to carry? Write its name and draw its picture in your notebook.
     Ans- I find pumpkin the heaviest to carry.

      6-    Which is the lightest fruit and vegetable that you have eaten? Write name and draw picture in your notebook.
     Ans- Spinach and grapes were the lightest fruit and vegetable that I have eaten.


        7-    Write the names of three vegetable which do not have seeds.
        Ans- Names of three vegetables which do not have seeds are as follows:
1-    Cabbage
2-    Onion
3-    Cauliflower
4-    Potato
